Akash Balaji has participates in Papanasam Sivan Mridangam Competition and has won prizes for also. In 2013, he won the Second prize at the Papanasam Sivan Mridangam Competition.

Nyasha, Class 1B has enrolled into Visual Arts classes at Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society and being trained by respected Surendra K Mishra. Her picture was ed and displayed at the Picture Gallery on the Academy Day celebration of the Institute. This was a very proud and encouraging moment for Nyasha and her family. We wish her very best in her pursuit for arts which she began at a very young age of 6.

Siddhant N. Mulgaonkar, Class 6 C, received the Certificate of Commendation for his Outstanding work at the Childrens Art Competition held by the Hindu Centre, on the eve of Raksha Bandhan celebrations. His work of art was displayed in the Arya Samaj. Siddhant also received the first place in the Inter-House Spelling Bee competition held at Queenstown campus amongst participants from Classes 6, 7 and 8.

Meghnaa Hebbar, currently in class 8 IGCSE B, gave a Hindustani vocal concert during SIFAS (Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society) music and dance festival on March 25th 2012. Meghnaa was ed after getting through an audition with tough competition from students from SIFAS as well as other renowned institutions in Singapore.

Vijay Siddharth of 7-E won the Kumon Gold Award for Mathematics for the fourth consective year at the Kumon National Awards ceremony held in November 2011 when he was in Class 6. Students who work on syllabus that is atleast five years ahead of their school year are awarded the Kumon Gold Award at the National Awards Ceremony. Vijay is currently working on syllabus that is seven years ahead of his school year.

Swetha Chandrasekar of class 6D , GIIS , Queenstown, won the 2nd runnerup award in the 11th SIP INTERNATIONAL PRODIGY, ABACUS COMPETITION, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 30th Oct. 2011. More than 400 students from around 10 countries participated in this competition.

Surup Sowmithri Thathachar won Top Prize (2nd) in the prestigious National Arts Councils National Indian Music Competition 2011 in Junior Violin Category. He received a cash prize of $250, a trophy and a Certificate of Distinction. Surup received 1st prize at the Papanasam Sivans Violin Junior Competition conducted in Singapore by Sivan Fine Arts Academy and a Certificate of Appreciation for his violin performance at the Keat Hong Fund Raising Dinner - Ritz Carlton Hotel, Singapore.

Vijay Siddharth of VI-E won his fourth consecutive Kumon Gold Award for Mathematics at the National Advanced Student Forum. Students who work on curriculum that is atleast 3 years ahead of the school year they are in are awarded the Gold Award. Additionally, Vijay was invited to participate in the National Awards Ceremony, meant for students who are atleast 5 years ahead of their school year curriculum.

Hiranya, Class 6 has won 16 badges as Young Scientist in Primary Science Activities Club organized by Singapore Science Centre. Hiranya has also got entry into Singapore Book Of Records as Young Recording Artiste for Music.

Dhruv Chitale had taken part in the Invitational Championship hold by International Taekwondo Federation Singapore. Bharatha Natya Arangetram of Ms. Malvika Nair , 9 IGCSE B ( Queens Town Campus) was arranged on the 5th of November 2011 at the ACJC Audiotorium , 26 Dover Close East. The Arangetram literally means ascending the stage.This solo debut performance of a Bharatha Natya student marks the completion of initial training.The dancer performs before an audience of gurus,critics,artistes and well wishers.
